Regarding that – did you actually deload or are you saying you would deload in the future? Regarding waving the load – it is waved over each of the 4 weeks – believe it or not – for 2 reasons: As the program progresses and they get stronger, they will be able to complete the numbers. Then start the next 4 week period with the specified rest Hopefully that makes sense.

Well I really liked the burn express and the results. This week I started the king size program from express. Yesterday was the second day. I did it not exactly as written as I liked day 1 one burn express, so I did the ladders but everyrep was a chain with either the press or expres squat. Got a great workout. With the Grinds, as instructed, I did reduce the rest period each week – beginning with four minute intervals and incrementally reducing as much as possible.

However, that plateaued with some exercises, the Get-up in particular, during the final four-week period. Treat the Get-Up as a full-body exercise.
